Cons: The owner told me he was going to give me cash as a refund and then he said that he only had $25 that he could give me so I told him to call booking.com and he did and acted like he was going to refund me the money while it's been 3 days already and he has not refunded my money he said that because he found alcohol in the room he would not refund my money because apparently having alcohol in the room is forbidden which is a complete lie
