Comfortable and friendly
Pros: Dinner and Breakfast were very good. Cons: Dogs in the dining room
Disappointed
Pros: It’s beatiful to look at, but the grounds could be kept tidier considering it’s a luxury hotel Cons: The grounds were messy, the bathroom door didn’t shut. The hand towel rail was hanging off the wall and the WiFi didn’t work in parts
Comfort and luxury
Pros: Spa was amazing. Much more available than expected and really clean Cons: Nothing really
Peaceful and relaxing stay just outside Bath.
Pros: Beautiful views across the valley, very good food available for Breakfast as well as Dinner. The staff were exceptional, very good at dealing with any enquiries and in particular being flexible with my spa booking. Cons: I would have liked more elements to the spa, the sauna and steam room were quite small in relation to the number of guests who were accessing the facilities.
Lovely indulgent break, simply perfect!
Pros: Such a lovely, calm, chilled and friendly vibe. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous food & cocktails. Decor is quirky and fun. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Cons: Nothing, we loved our stay :)
