Please advise don’t stay at this hotel

Ive been burned out of my home and was put in this suite by Hilton and my stay started a day in a half in they started to complaining about my dogs then number 2 we didn’t have tv for 3 weeks we only have it for a couple of hours a day, then we never had hot water since I’ve been here, my kitchen sink barely put water out, the internet sucks, then here we are now two days without heat in the room for 2 days, I’ve been in 55 degrees and now they want to clean the rooms and push the dogs to outside in the cold and then went you go to eat breakfast they watch you like a hawk and even they stalk y

Our stay at Homewood suites

It is nice hotel .The staff there is very helpful and nice. The girl that works over night named Charese has helped us a lot and has been very nice She is nice to everyone and tries to help all the guests. The breakfast bar is very good but they need to switch it up sometimes

The staff is amazing. The rooms are nice, but some repairs are needed. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed as our granddaughter loves to play.
