We were in town for the Bengals preseason game. Our stay was a smooth one. Everything was great! Friendly staff. Easy ch

Pros: Great location and gorgeous building Cons: Staff as meh.. asked for extra pillows and they never brought them, called again and they said they didn’t have a runner any longer to bring stuff past 11 (originally asked at 10p), the toilet was running the whole time and the float was stuck. Never sent anyone to look at it while we were there.
