Exceptional hotel, but don't rely on early check-in.
Pros: The room was amazing for the price. Cleanest room I've stayed in while in New Orleans. Cons: After requesting an early check in of 1 p.m., and the hotel approving the check-in time, the room was not ready until 3:20 p.m. We were told that they had 192 guest the night before, but that should not have interferred with a pre-approved request. We sat in the lobby for two hours waiting on the room. I think the mix up happened because they were trying to apply Hilton honors awards, but the rewards were in a different name. I gave the staff my phone number to avoid this happening, but it still
