Chose another location.

Getting to this location is very tricky as traffic around the hotel is gridlocked for blocks. Not easy at all. Our room was great! Clean and comfortable, no complaints there. The hotel was another issue. Every hallway had filled bags of trash just sitting next to all of the trash cans. We though they were just cleaning, no big deal. But the next morning, all those bags were still there. The hallways are very long and there really isn't enough signage to help you navigate. We walked in the wrong direction a lot and we don't easily get turned around. I also booked this hotel on Booking.com and i

Pros: It was beautifully set up and the outdoor area is very nice. Cons: At check in, there was a very rude and snappy staff member. In the process of me trying to ask him about the card I had added on file in which the system informed me to do so incase the hotel needed to charge me for anything, he snapped and cut me off to say he needs a card on file without even letting me finish what I was trying to ask him. I understand having to have a physical card but it ruined my experience coming into such a beautiful place to be treated rudely instead of with courtesy and a warm welcoming. He was a
