Bad experience
Pros: Receptionist tried to address our needs. She did not succeed at all but she was nice Cons: Rooms smelled of smoke. Freeway traffic very loud. Paid for king rooms and got queens. I asked for room near each other (mental disability) in am and they did not reserve those rooms for us I spoke to hotel receptionist in am and she said they had many rooms available. Very disappointed. Never stay here again!!!
Location, location, location
Pros: Location, room size, breakfast, very nice front desk people, especially Maria and Chris. Cons: Old furniture and carpet, no YouTube on the first floor rooms. Needed to change for a 2nd floor room.
Regretful
Pros: Location Cons: Not maintained well. The heater air conditioner in my room ran all night with cold air even after I adjusted the thermostat the room was small not even enough room for a night table on the left side of the bed would not recommend!

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. The location on the water was nice with areas to walk outside. Cons: The building is old and run down. The furniture was old and run down with the laminate coming off. The elevator was low and very loud.
