Had a great time in Seattle.
Pros: Good breakfast. Good coffee that did not run out. Clean and comfortable. Cons: An airport shuttle. With as many Hilton's around you would think they would have shuttles to their various locations.

I am writing because I want to make sure an exceptional employee at Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown receives the recognition she truly deserves. Her name is Rosibel, and the level of service she provided me during my stay went far beyond what I expected. I was preparing to leave for a cruise and realized I had left important boarding pass information back home in Texas. I was extremely stressed because I needed to get everything pulled up and printed before leaving. Rosibel stepped in and helped me through the entire process. To make matters worse, I gave her the wrong email address
I thought the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and professional.

Pros: Sofa bed very uncomfortable and squeaky. Cons: Sofa bed. Expensive not to have two beds.
Pros: was fair, but could have provided more options. Cons: dimness of the hallways, and lobby. could have brighten up the building. Outdated furnishings.
