Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown

Disappointing and unsafe.

Pros: The room was comfortable and large with a nice view (10th floor corner). Attractive furniture. The valet was polite, quick, and very helpful with luggage etc.. Cons: The location. The hotel is “pet friendly” only in that it allows pets. However they have no place around the hotel with grass, except 3 blocks to a local park - filled with addicts & homeless. I’m a single mom and I felt very unsafe after dark! I had to have my 15 yr old daughter (and our 2 phones obvi) go with me just so there were two of us, with her twin waiting in the room on alert in case we didn’t return! There was a m

My stay was very enjoyable and felt very safe at this hotel

Pros: The breakfast was great the rooms were spacious and the the staff was top notch.I plan to come back again next year and the hotel is super clean. Cons: Nothing to dislike the facility is close to everything downtown especially the convention center

Very comfortable, nice room with everything you need. Very nice shower. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We appreciated the basketball court, fitness room and pool tables.
