The worst girl ever
Pros: I left early the establishment had bed bugs. I would like a refund. I sent email to establishment Cons: Bed bugs, 2 kids got stab with an object in the pool. No towels, I had to vacuum my own floor. No sir conditioner, the heat was on. I want a refund.

Not Worth It
Pros: There's a lot of bar and restaurant options within walking distance. The dayshift staff tried to help find the packages they lost. Cons: Parking is $45/night, valet only. The first valet was rude as hell. The rest of the time we waited 15-30 minutes to get our car. They lost the packages I had delivered there. The elevators didn't always work so we'd either be stuck not moving or riding up 5 floors just to ride back down. The pool is so heavily chlorinated that it burned our eyes. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they didn't. We asked for towels and toilet paper (I've never run ou
