Pros: Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff excellent attitude to guests. Cons: Room 35 : TV remote not working - no batteries !!. First replacement set already defunct. Accompanied by worker, agreed still not working. Second set sorted the issue. Bathroom sink plug jammed open. Desperately in need of refurbishment
Pros: Really nice staff. Reception staff and cleaners were so nice, couldn’t do enough for you. Cons: The rooms were clean, but very dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. There was a noticeable damp smell, and although the bathroom was clean, there were black marks in the bath and a shower curtain that’s seen a decade. We paid £116 for a twin room, room only, for one night, and unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money. For the condition of the room, I wouldn’t have expected to pay even £50. The hotel needs refurbishment.
