Absolutely perfect for a quick stop after a very late arrival from Gatwick due to a delayed flight. All information was given early and correctly and check in easy. Will use again.

A nightmare, I changed hotels
Pros: Very nice hotel, that's all Cons: No physical reception. No one at the front desk, no one anywhere! No help available to get a taxi to the airport. Had to leave for another hotel. Basically, I paid for nothing.
