Not a cheap hotel so expected it to be of a higher standard.
Pros: Good location. Cons: Our room had several issues. It was a damp room which smelt bad from day one. Mould spores became visible end of week on the kitchen ceiling. Bedding was damp every night. Shower was poor, wash basin tap pressure was very poor. Air conditioning fault caused electrics to pop requiring us to move rooms to a smaller room for one night whilst the AC was repaired. We reported the smell when the AC broke as we first thought it maybe just because the room hadn’t been used for a while. Out passports are damp in the safe. Mould spores on some of our luggage. Pros: Good location, small and contained with family friendly atmosphere, friendly and fun lifeguard and animation team, good quality food when purchased, lovely full sized pool Cons: Some unfriendly staff, limited cooking facilities, no food or water provided in the room despite late arrival and bar was closed, expensive given limited facilities, room sometimes felt damp
