Pros: We have stayed in this hotel before and we love it because it is so centrally located, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly! Cons: Nothing

Pros: Location was our #1 priority, and this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the waterfront and city has to offer. It was clean, almost like a newly renovated hotel. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. A real gem and very affordable compared to other properties in the area. Cons: Only complaint would be they promised via welcome email that they would have champagne and charcutier in the room to celebrate a 60th birthday, and they did not. We called down, and about an hour and a half after we arrived, they did finally bring us champagne, but no glasses and nothing else. It is a v
