Pros: Amazing staff and extremely helpful, professional, sweet and attentive! Georgio - checked us in Troy - in a suit manager Alphio - front desk recommended stroopwafel Miguel - young man and morning checkout and carried our stuff. Love them and love Amsterdam! Pros: Beautiful room with outstanding staff who were a pleasure to deal with. Cons: Felt like staying in an authentic historic property with all the benefits of modern technology
