Pros: booking Cons: ice machine noisy, card to room sometimes doesn’t work, one time i spend 10 min to open the door, also our room was without fireplace but its says every room had that. breakfast was simple and a lot of people, one time we don’t had a spot for seat (2 people). same problem with food on breakfast, was too much people and we waited for additional food around 20 min.

Pros: The location
Pros: The location. good restaurants close by. Cons: The hotel lacks personality. The Jacuzzi is outdoors which for a city like Monterrey is not ideal becuase of the wheather. The breakfast is not worth the value. Just an ordinary breakfast like the one you have at Holiday Inn.Overall it was not worth the value.
