Great Staff.
Pros: The staff were so professional. The hotel felt safe ans the communal areas were spotless and well thought out. The location is perfect for walking to most areas of Boston and there are two T stations writhing close proximity to the hotel. Cons: The room felt dated and in need of a refurbishment. Plug sockets hanging out the wall in the bathroom. Old style fixtures and tired decorations. Poor quality considering the price and general standard of the rest of the hotel.
Fantastic
Pros: The beds were the comfiest ever . Great views from the 9th floor. Cons: Nothing
