Pros: Für New York relativ grosser Empfangsraum mit Bar. Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Cons: Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Betten waren unbequem. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros: Super modern, love the hotel bar, room is also new and comfortable bed Cons: This hotel is right next to a homeless shelter. Everyday walking out there are tons of homeless people. I know this is NYC but this was too much.
After one good stay a couple months ago this fell short by a lot. This excludes staff. They are always nice
Pros: It’s a good hotel. I stayed there before and requested a similar room. I got a much different room. No closet. No where to put anything in bathroom. No where to put suitcases. Tough where one is traveling internationally. Cons: There was so much dust on the little end table and around coffee machine. The rooms need a deep clean for the price u ask
