Pros: The location Cons: My bed creaked whenever we moved around
Always a pleasure
Stayed here once before and it will become my Go-To hotel for any future stays in NYC. Special thanks to Tenzing whom works with the bell staff for being always so helpful!
Very good hotel for your trips to NY
Pros: The staff and the location Cons: It lacks a good gym
Good location, but little attention to detail
Pros: The accommodation is modern and aesthetically pleasing, as well as the room. I really appreciated the free coffee and the hotel's location, rather central and convenient for getting around. Cons: The air conditioner was extremely noisy even at the lowest speed, so much so that we were forced to sleep with the air conditioning off. We reported the problem to the facility, but we were told that level of noise was normal. However, it is really difficult to sleep if you want to keep it on, even setting it to the minimum. The bed also creaked a lot, which was quite annoying during the night.
Pros: Beautiful lobby area and location of hotel is excellent
Pros: Beautiful lobby area and location of hotel is excellent. Great staff service and helpful. Cons: The rooms are small including bathroom. Also quite run down and a really gross smell (musty or mould or smoke smell in the rooms and hallway areas) Staff at the breakfast lobby area seemed unhelpful but not too bad just didnt seem to have enough granola one day etc.
