Cons: Front desk and bar people have given the worst service in NY or any other hotel in the work I’ve been. You are not a 4 start hotel it looks more like a 0 stars. Scammers
Cons: The staff are consistently rude and in a bad mood. The manager has no idea how to manage anything, the place is dirty, and to make matters worse, a pipe burst in my room, leaving it damp for two days. Even then, no one on the staff did anything to help, let alone apologize for the inconvenience.
