Pros: Great breakfast! Cons: We booked a privat day tour through the hotel for $700 to Pisa and Lucca. The guide didn't explain anything, just dropped us off and picked us up from destinations. He was just an expansive taxi driver!
Espectacular
El desayuno muy bueno y variado, la ubicación excelente cerca de todo, la habitación muy bonita y comoda. Todo muy bien presentado. El personal muy atento y amable, siempre pendientes de la atencion. Definitivamente lo recomiento y espero regresar.
Muy buen hotel
El personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Es la tercera vez que me alojo allí. El desayuno es variado y abundante. Y el hotel está muy bien situado. Al lado de la estación principal de Florencia y a unos cinco minutos andando del Duomo.
Excelente y recomendable hotel
Pros: La ubicación excepcional, a 200 metros de estación SMN y de tranvía al aeropuerto, a diez minutos de todo. Es un antiguo “palazo” de gran recepción, habitaciones muy amplias y tranquilas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Nuestra habitación 321. Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien, diría que la ducha teléfono no me agrado

Pros: Characterful, clean, comfortable & cool! Art deco style room. Grandious rest area in foyer. Great location for trains & all main sights too. Welcomed air con on return from days adventures in 30+ heat. Good breakfast too to set us up for the day x Cons: Some outdoor shaded seated (non-smoking) space would be welcomed.
