could improve the experience with bedding and sheets
Pros: breakfast Cons: the sheets are made of synthetic material, the bed is average, the pillows are of very poor quality, the towels may not be boiled, I think 2 stars would be more appropriate

Pros: Hotel in an optimal location for hikes and trips to the Pyrenees or the Tour de France. Very nice hosts. Multiple delays on arrival were completely unproblematic. Cons: Everything impeccable.

If I come back to the region, this will be the hotel we will choose again.
Pros: Very nice hiker's hotel. Very attentive and kind staff. Top cuisine. Perfect breakfast. Cons: Missing a small opaque curtain in the bathroom on the 1st floor. Bed a little low.
