The location was very central. The facilities were very clean, the room though small (with a futon) very comfortable.

Horrible location. Tiny rooms.

Pros: Very clean. Polite staff Cons: Location….in the middle of the “red light district. Room was VERY small. Misrepresented on website

Pros: Great king room, separate shower and bathroom, new and clean. Despite being in centre of Shinjuku was extremely quiet (we were on level 6). Cons: The hotel itself is great, but it is located right in the centre of the red light district.
