unacceptable treatment

The receptionist during the evening shift has not understood how to treat and behave in front of her guests. When I was going to bed at 9:30 p.m., there were two blood stains on my sheets. I call the reception when I want new sheets. I am referred to housekeeping, who does not work in the evening. The girl says that she cannot leave the reception. I then have to go down three stairs and out on to the street in my nightgown and into the reception which is two doors away. The girl at the reception is rude and nonchalant. A genuine example of a hotel going the extra mile

My wife and I arrived in Prague and were dropped right at the entrance of Hotel Antik by a Bolt taxi. We walked into reception, only for me to realise I’d somehow managed to leave my mobile in the taxi…which had already disappeared into the chaos of the city centre. Monika, the receptionist, spotted the panic straight away as I tore through my bags hoping I was wrong. Once it became clear the phone really was touring Prague without me, she didn’t hesitate. Nice small hotel, close the city centre. Positive: good breakfast, nice rooms. Negative: rude staff, bad communication.

Clean room. Sad breakfast not included for everyone.

Lovely gateway

The room was so clean and neat. The bathroom was small but looks new. The staff is helpful and the most important the hotel was a walking distance to old town square. I don’t think we took any ride, during our visit
