Excellent location right next to the airport; ideal for early flights. Rooms are neat, linen fresh and housekeeping attentive. Reception team polite and accommodating. Good budget option for transit travellers.

Great staff and modern interiors — felt safe and comfortable. Restaurant offers decent food, though not many European options. Reception sometimes needed a manager for foreign check-ins — caused a short wait. Still an excellent practical choice for transit

I chose Niranta because it is a transit hotel, so we could get a couple of hours rest before our next flight

Taking of photos of my ID docs on staff's personal phone was worrying.

Pros: I had no breakfast as I needed to leave very early in the morning. The hotel did not offer any options for breakfast such as anything to take away or leave out for me. Cons: The senior person at the hotel who booked me in, Rohit, took unauthorised photographs of my identity /travel documents including my passport and OCI document. He used his personal mobile phone to do this. This was without my permission or knowledge. This is a serious breach of my data protection. He then said that he would delete them.
