Overall the location was great and was comfortable.
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was calming and quiet, and the breakfast was good. Cons: The bathroom door had open space and was not a full solid door. It was also right next to the bed so was not private and made going to the restroom uncomfortable. The rooftop pool was freezing and their were no towels up there.
Nice location extremely poor room layout
Pros: Great common areas, comfy beds, friendly staff, good location Cons: Poor sound proofing meant we had to listen to the couple next doors argument and every time a neighbour (group of 4 rooms) closed their door it woke us up. Room nothing like pictures. Bed on entry to room then room narrowed and seating at far end so no natural light. Loo and shower effectively in cupboards off bedroom with glass door. Basin in the room. This is not clear in the pictures. Loo was opposite bed with no soundproofing - not very pleasant! For this price point would expect a separate bathroom.
The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready

Pros: La seguridad dentro del hotel, el confort de la habitación y la calidez del personal Cons: Yo soy petit y la cama es demaciado bajita, los colchones muy desgastados
Mooi maar let op gebrekkig onderhoud
Pros: Kamer. Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Cons: Ondanks de recente vernieuwing (2022?) zie je toch al dat onderhoud achter blijft. De glazen deur van de douche hangt nog met de helft van de schroeven vast. De afvoergoot ligt wankel en los. De plinten tonen slijtage. De smart tv heeft geen netwerkverbinding meer en geeft daarom steeds een fout. De netwetk stekker is er uit getrokken. Terug aansluiten verhelpt het euvel niet. Er zijn twee glazen liften waarvan één buiten dienst is. Wat als de andere faalt?
