Pros: Schlicht, aber alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Einfacher Zugang mit Chipkarte vom Eingang bis ins Zimmer. Cons: Die Lage der Toilette im Mini-Bad, auf der man nur seitlich sitzen kann. Der extrem hohe Einstieg in die Dusche (aber das hält das Bad trocken).
Cons: Zimmer und Bad hätten sauberer sein können. Fernsehgerät war kaputt. Die Fernbedienung völlig verdreckt
Gute Lage, das war es aber auch schon
Pros: Große und geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Altbau Flair. Cons: Alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr Hellhörig, das war im Vorfeld aber auch bekannt. Der Checkin hat erst nach ewigem Anrufen geklappt. Zum Glück warteten auch schon andere Gäste und ich kam ins Haus. Rechnungsversendung erst nach 3. Aufforderung.

Pros: Preiswert für die Verhältnisse in Berlin. Verkehrsgünstig für meine Zwecke, gute Anbindung an das U-Bahnnetz. Gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder für Zwischenübernachtungen auf der Durchreise.
