Big impersonal hotel with cold receptionists. Zero service, bar closed at 22:50 and no room service. Very cold attitude from staff

Great Hotel to stay at but not walkable to the city center
Great Hotel to stay at but not walkable to the city center. Will have to take a Taxi or Uber to and back to the Hotel. Overall excellent hotel to stay at.

Very good stay
Very good stay. Very convenient hotel, with parking close to the seafront and the Gijon stadium. Perfect for discovering the city.

No extras, much to improve.
Without any courtesy, no water, no tissues, brushes, nothing. Beds without sheets, the extra bed without a quilt is not the same as the others. The bathroom without any decoration or extras. The sink didn't drain well, the bathtub leaked water from one corner. I don't see the 4 stars anywhere... Much to improve.
