Overall Super Cute Hotel. Price ROI is a little questionable.

Pros: Lobby receptionist (when they were there), were very kind. The food was yummy (except the stale bread). The decor is beautiful! I felt safe in the hotel! Cons: The walls are super duper thin. No outdoor facing windows* beside the bathroom window. The bathroom window is left ajar to prevent mold in the outdated bathrooms**. This let in two mosquitos during our stay. Which, unfortunately bit us. We later found out Oxaca mosquitos carry Dengue sometimes. **The bathrooms were functional, but the decor doesn't quite match the rest of the place. I wish the rooftop was open earlier than 10AM. I

Comfortable, excellent attention, beautiful facilities

Pros: The hotel facilities were very beautiful, our included breakfast was very delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive. Overall, everything was very good. Cons: It has parking, but it is a bit far away, likewise the tourist walkway was several streets away

Pros: We have been very comfortable, the hotel is impeccable and beautiful, the bed very comfortable, the staff very attentive and friendly and a super complete breakfast. It is located in a quiet area, about 10 minutes from the zocalo, perfect for resting but without being too far from the city center. Cons: Everything has been perfect, perhaps the only thing to mention would be that the hot water in the shower takes a bit to come out and we were not able to adjust the A/C speed, but very small details. It is very worth staying there.

Pros: Yes, it is a very nice hotel. Without a doubt, the breakfast is great and having it on the terrace makes it spectacular, and if you add a very friendly staff, it becomes sublime. Cons: Perhaps the bathroom could be a little better equipped.
