Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great!
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and the area is convenient.

It is kind of a love hotel, but u can stay for a long time. Room was clean and a lot of amenities.
