The location was perfect for our needs as we had just finished El Camino and were preparing to return back to Canada

The location was perfect for our needs as we had just finished El Camino and were preparing to return back to Canada. It was quiet, very peaceful and close to the airport. The plaza was a very pleasurable place to walk around and sit in the park and enjoy the evening. There were lots of places to eat with varying menus and price ranges. It was evident that there were lots of options for bus service to the airport and the centre of Madrid. We would have loved more time to explore the area.

Cute place

I only stayed one night and was quiet area the check in guy super friendly and helpful. Room was very small and simple but clean.

Basic and OK for the price

The hotel is basic but OK, However the bedroom and shower are too small. Small size towel and pillow was flat. It’ll be great if they had a water bottle or/and a kettle in the bedroom. It’s close to the airport

The front desk manager was super friendly and very helpful

The front desk manager was super friendly and very helpful. Okay place to stay. The nearby Plaza was nice with some good restaurants. Family friendly for sure.
