Very friendly staff, good breakfast
Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Recommended, still a small criticism: Breakfast room is too small, making it difficult to set up the buffet. All guests end up getting in each other's way. Centrally located, yet quiet. Complicated to reach by car (for unloading luggage). The hotel offers parking spaces that do not exist. The car was parked throughout the stay in Parking Piazza della Vittoria. This was okay in terms of distance and fees. If we had known this beforehand, we would probably have booked another hotel that transparently states that the car must be parked in public parking.

Toilet was not cleaned, otherwise everything was excellent. Good business hotel, very central, good sound insulation

The hotel is well located, a short walk to everywhere in Genoa. Many parking options within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Very clean and perfect for city break accommodation.

It was the perfect place to stay in Genoa. Walkable to every point of interest and restaurants. Nice building and nice staff. We loved our stay in Genoa!
