Good location if you want to explore the city.
Pros: We really liked the location, it is 1 block away from the General Hospital station, we walked at night and there is movement in the area, in the hospital area there are street stalls so you can eat at all hours. We arrived before check-in time and they let us park our car. Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the internet was failing a lot on cell phones and portable devices.
