Excellent , the hotel was an integral part to make our trip to Florence a very enjoyable experience
Pros: room was meticulously clean , at least our room which may be an upgraded room ; the location was excellent, close to all attractions and shopping areas in Florence Cons: In breakfast area, there may be an addition of an omelette station; also there can be more choices for snack type food in the lounge area to have it with drinks
Great central location and very easy to access all the palaces, galleries etc
Pros: Very attentive staff and superb central location Cons: Would have been great if they had a roof top bar or outside space

Pros: Fantastic location, classy hotel, friendly staff. Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like but, rooms are quite small but that is understandable in such an old and historical property
