Great structure
Pros: Perfect location, clean structure, kind and professional staff, fantastic mattress, very spacious bathroom. Cons: The cleaning ladies made a lot of noise in the morning.

Pros: A very pleasant surprise for the 2 stars assumed! Very nice rooms, quiet, perfect location, with easy access to all attractions, impeccable cleanliness, excellent services, very friendly staff. I highly recommend! Cons: Everything was perfect.

A very comfortable accommodation to visit Turin.
Pros: The staff's attention was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The location is very good, close to everything. Cons: Everything great.

Pros: As soon as we reached Bologna I found my phone missing, I must have dropped it in the taxi. A special mention for Kiara and Mariana at the front desk for contacting the Uber driver and getting back the phone as soon as possible, all done in the kindest most efficient way, thanks to them we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thank you so much. Cons: There was too much of a smell of cleaning products in the bathroom. There were no grills in the bathroom and bedroom for safety.
