Perfect Surbiton stay
Pros: Great rooms, quite spacious which is always nice. Super clean and great location right in front of the station. Staff is very friendly and welcoming it really does make the difference Cons: No breakfast available but 10% at the coffee shop across the street which is very good

Good location, hotel very tired
Pros: Location to Wimbledon and a/c Cons: Blocked bath waste, no cold water basin tap, no logically positioned electric sockets for boiling kettle or hairdryer, carpet unfixed to ensuite bathroom, wardrobe door couldn't open or close properly as curtains in the way, TV no HD as signal poor, windows falling apart on the outside, tiny fridge, no parking outside.
