Great location
Pros: Very central in Surbiton, excellent out of London location as the train station is across the road Cons: When we arrived, we were told there were no bar or restaurant facilities and when I asked for two extra pillows I was told non were available. Odd that in the morning o asked a different member of staff who sorted it out with in minutes.
