Pros: Its main feature was its central location. We were satisfied with the room cleanliness. The room we stayed in was very spacious, we were 3 people but stayed in a room for 4. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Cons: As a small detail, we struggled a bit because our height did not reach the shower rack.

We liked the property, the only concern was, we added the 2nd night, and we felt the receptionist changed the price, compared with what was offered there and what was offered with booking.com
We liked the property, the only concern was, we added the 2nd night, and we felt the receptionist changed the price, compared with what was offered there and what was offered with booking.com. When we asked to get the 2nd night, he suggested to book it with them, and we showed him the price was offered by booking.com, which was lower, but we felt he changed something with the setting, which increased the price on the booking.com site within a second. We ended up paying more to stay for the 2nd night.

Pros: Friendliness of the staff, especially Tiago. Location. Room facilities. Quality of stay/price ratio. Luggage storage. Everything. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot rate it. Cons: Nothing in this section.
