Bed was fine, everything else excellent.

Pros: Location is amazing, room was very comfortable and spacious, hotel surprisingly quiet. Cons: The bed was a little lumpy.

Pros: Great location, abt 20 minutes walk from main attractions. Round the corner from Grand Central Station, great for Subway & mainline connections Great views from the rooftop. Free tea & coffee. Free bottles water, which was great. Fabulous comfy bed & the best pillows we have ever had in any hotel around the world, wanted tk bring them home 🤣 Cons: The room should be refreshed daily which is what the room card said however on 1 occasion it wasn't had to ask for fresh towels, which we did get. The next day no towels hadn't been left when room had been made.

Pros: Nothing Cons: Dorms quality - even lower than… Not a boutique hotel - you need to change the name to club quarter to set appropriate expectations
