As cute and clean as the photos with nice staff
Pros: Charming little hotel, very quiet and amazing staff. Super close to everything and surrounded by some of the nicest cafes and restaurants. We stayed in the rooftop suite and had the balcony to ourselves. Super clean, toiletries and robes were high quality and a super nice touch! Thank You. We were working from the hotel during the day. Cons: The sitting area to work is rather small, not possible for two people to work together. But there is a library nearby and multiple cafes.

It was so nice. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in Oaxaca.
Pros: Perfect location in the center of Oaxaca! It is walking distance to the andador. Taco del Carmen is a quick 4 min walk down the street. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They heard one of us was sick and they were super attentive and asked if we wanted to see a doctor and that they would help with that. The room was always clean and refreshed. The noise level is quiet. We went during the Guelaguetza time and it was the perfect spot to get picked up from and dropped off. Cons: The staff were so kind and helpful. The beds are so comfortable. Really lovely, unique place in Oaxaca!
Pros: The staff was incredible, very helpful. And the pool was lovely! Location was excellent as well! Cons: It was nice to open the window of the room to the pool area but it means that there wasn’t much privacy when the window was open logically. However, this is perfectly reflected in the room pictures so we were expecting it. A mini-fridge would have also been nice.
