Did I mention, "Stay here!"?

Pros: The staff, Lupita, Emelda, and Luis, was very accommodating. The manager, Julieta, was very welcoming and helped with local questions. The hotel is right in the middle of El Centro. Stay here! Cons: We stayed for 18 nights, but we had to head home.

Pros: Perfect location and beautiful hotel. Cons: You can hear other guests moving around their room (wooden floors) especially late at night.

Not a good stay

Pros: I reserve my comments Cons: To start, beds are hard, towels are very old, the windows don’t close. Expect to carry your luggage if you get the very top floor 42 stairs up and down, narrow hallway. You won’t sleep because of the outside traffic, floors very noise.

Great location and staff!

Pros: The owner and staff were wonderful! It is centrally located in the historic district. The rooms are clean, spacious with high ceilings, and the beds are very comfortable. Cons: We did not state a preference regarding noise, but should have. Because of the central location, any room with a window was quite noisy, so they moved us to a suite with no windows, but skylights. The negative to that was no ventilation. Some appropriate sized artwork on the walls would have been a nice touch. Nice entry and hallways. The rooms are a bit dated, and no ability to make coffee or tea in the room... y
