Pros: There was a male staff, I didn't get his name was kind and friendly Cons: Very rude and disrespectful checkout experience. I understand that checkout is at 10 AM, but repeatedly knocking on the door at the exact checkout time, sending different staff members to the room, and even entering to remove the linens while we were still getting ready was completely unacceptable. There was no courtesy or grace period whatsoever. It wasn’t even 11 AM, and we were constantly being disturbed and rushed. Guests deserve privacy and respect, not to be treated this way.
