Great value and location

Pros: Stayed here for the game v Athletico. Great location close to the metro. Really good value. Friendly staff. Clean with room service every day. Cons: Minor personal choice but would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Just a shameful, shitty experience.

Cons: This is the worst experience I have ever had through Booking.com. I ordered a room with a spa and I got a room with a public toilet!!!! That is, it was open 10 cm at the bottom and 15 cm at the ceiling, so you had no privacy at all, while doing serious things on the toilet. It´s a scandal to pay that amount of money for a room with a toilet of that shameful standard. I demand a compensation or I will never buy anything through Booking.com again.
