Room paid for 3 single beds, but the third bed offered is a foldable camp bed and uncomfortable
Room paid for 3 single beds, but the third bed offered is a foldable camp bed and uncomfortable. The two single beds on wheels roll and slide if you move a little at night. The room is dirty, I had to clean the bathtub and the toilets which still had hair... In addition, when booking, I had indicated that I wanted to pay in cash upon arrival. However, the team took the money from my account without my consent using the credit card imprint I had left for security as requested when booking... I do not recommend
