Owen is the GOAT
Owen was incredible. He took care of us from start to finish. Hustler. You can have a gorgeous hotel, but if the valet is poor, bad experience from start to finish. Promote him!!!

Thanks to Anthony.
We appreciate the work of Anthony Fortuna. He was working the valet parking kiosk, and I saw him take the time to actually pick up tiny pieces of paper that were near the front door and the parking area. He is a great asset to the Carmichael hotel.

Was at the hotel to pick up a guest and had a chat with Anthony Fortuna at the Valet Parking kiosk. He was quite helpful in answering questions about the hotel and its services. Anthony is a credit to your organization.

Excellent
Loved the hotel all the staff was amazing especially the valet they were so quick to have my car out every time. Anthony was especially helpful with taking out bags up to our room and loading our car.
