Cozy and welcoming hotel
From the welcoming we received from the staff. We arrived well before check-in time. But that didn't stop us from being well attended. I especially thank Mr. Arthuro, who even lent us a subway card. Also, the snacks, coffee, tea, and water available are an excellent differential. We want to stay more often and recommend!
Pros: Location
Pros: Location. Room, bathroom. Service Cons: Very noisy, the rooms facing the cathedral are not soundproofed and the police have taken over the street with their vans and vehicles
Wonderful Stay!
Pros: Clean, private, and wonderful!! The shower was AMAZING Cons: AC in the room worked but didn't cool the room much. Adding an oscillating floor fan to circulate air around the rooms would make them PERFECT!!
Excellent attention from the staff
Pros: The new rooms on the 1st floor are excellent, during this stay I got to use them for the first time, the previous three times I got the third floor Cons: Everything excellent
