Pros: The staff was ao friendly Cons: The smell of the smoking in the room and the room was so small

Pleasant hotel, quite happy with it.

Pros: Convenient location close to the train station. Lovely neighborhood to walk around and explore. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice room on the canal view side, with a good sized shower. Cons: Room was a bit small, best for one person.

Such a lovely place to stay

Pros: Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from Centraal station, in a quaint old street filled with cafés and shops and yet my room was extremely quiet. The staff all spoke excellent English, made me feel very welcome, the room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed (including a small safe to store important belongings) and more drinks were available at reception. Would definitely stay again. Cons: Accessibility may be a problem if you have mobility issues - it's an old traditional Dutch canalside building so some of the stairs are very steep. Lovely relaxing time

Property was clean a tidy and very central. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions
