Pros: The staff was fantastic and did everything they could to address shortcomings
Pros: The staff was fantastic and did everything they could to address shortcomings. The location was very nice. Cons: The hotel is completely run down. The air conditioning doesn't work throughout the hotel, and it's not fun with 34 degrees in Geneva. Insanely high fee to park your car on the hotel premises. It's not an extra guest, it's a means of transportation that brings customers to their business, it shouldn't cost anything to park in an otherwise empty space in front of the hotel.

Cons: Total absence of air conditioning throughout the hotel in the middle of summer, for a 4-star I would say not exactly the best..
Cons: Total absence of air conditioning throughout the hotel in the middle of summer, for a 4-star I would say not exactly the best... we were forced to change hotels... I rarely give negative reviews but unfortunately here there is nothing else to do.
