A clean, spartan hotel in La Condesa.
Pros: An extremely well-located hotel in La Condesa. Room was quite large with a jacuzzi on the balcony (did not use). Bathroom large and the room was clean if a bit spartan. Internet connection was excellent. Cons: The furnishings are spartan and not particularly comfortable (bed was fine, however). Lighting in the room was quite dim. Breakfast OK, but nothing to write home about.

Everything. Location location location. Anything you need you can find walking distance. Property feels like home, staff treats you like family, they go BEYOND your needs.
Great location for easy access and tasty breakfast
Pros: Size of the room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, very kind and helpful staff - from check in till daily interactions. Really good location. Cons: As many others pointed out, there can be quite a fair share of noise from the road if you're not used to it. However, that was covered in reviews so we knew what to expect; also the kind manager at check in gave us a room on the higher floor to reduce the noise; and on top of that ear plugs were provided in the room. All in all, after first night we were perfectly ok. Moreover, all other qualities of the hotel outweigh this.

Pros: Breakfast are fine and stuffs at bar are friendly Cons: When i check out, the office told me i damage the shower curtain due to my shampoo colors. They charge me $1200 peso for them replace the curtain. I can't believe this. At last minnutes, they rob the customers
