Lovely location

Pros: Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Comfortable bed and ample parking. Close to town and beach. Friendly staff. Cons: Strange smell like sewers in room. Reported to reception and was advised they’d had an issue downstairs. Swimming lessons on so couldn’t properly use the pool. Dogs barking during the night so restless sleep.

Great position and comfy

Pros: Hotel was in a great position for visiting the Birmingham International Centre and the beach which were both in walking distance all be it up and down slopes. Our room was very big with loads of space and everything and clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. The service for our evening snack was excellent and quick despite there being a large dancing party in the main dining room. The toasted panini came hot and was very tasty. A lot of choice on the menu. The breakfast staff were polite and helpful. Lots of choice on the menu for cooked but the continental was a little lacking. C

Great stay, enjoyable

Pros: Excellent facility’s & exceptional staff. Cons: Shower was rubbish & very hot room.

5 star experience

Pros: We stayed in a double room, which was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel is in a convenient central location. The spa is definitely worth a visit, and I’d recommend booking a treatment—Anne is amazing! Breakfast was freshly cooked, with a very good selection of continental options, including mini muffins. Cons: Nothing
