Pleasant place to stay, very clean and friendly.

Pros: Pleasant staff. Bruna was great. She makes a mean rum and coke. Gluten free buns and cookies at breakfast were excellent. Bun is made by request so less chance of cross contamination. Cons: Room was a little too cozy for my liking but not much you can do about that.

Simple and Comfortable Stay in Alfama

Pros: - Very friendly staff - Great Check-in / out experience - Clean Rooms - Very good location in Alfama Cons: - Breakfast could be improved (not more choices, instead present them more beautiful. - courtyard is promising a little more on the pictures. In real-life it’s a little poorly designed - equipment (e.g. hairdryer) could be improved
