Pros: The personal very nice and attentive wheeling to help and we felt safe most important!!! Cons: Only my tv wasn’t working orher then that everything was good!!! I look forward to go back!!!-

Disorganized, hard to find, and not what was advertised—disappointing overall.

Pros: The location be ready to hear the business of the city at all hours Cons: This property is more of a hostel with private rooms than a proper hotel. There is no visible signage outside, which made finding it very difficult. The fact that they don’t take cards and only accept cash was not made clear in advance, and there’s no computer system—everything is done manually. The overall professionalism of the staff was lacking. I had a negative experience with one staff member, and while the manager did offer a discount to make up for it, the place still fell short of what was advertised. I wou
